Return Policy


1. If the filter arrives damaged, please call us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.  

2. If you choose to return the filter for any reason other than damage upon arrival, we will be happy to issue a full purchase price refund or exchange within: 14 days of delivery date, minus shipping cost we incurred.  The return policy applies to water filter systems, parts and any unused (sealed) filter cartridges.  If the cartridges have been opened and/or used, we will deduct the price of the cartridges from the refund as they will no longer be re-sellable.

3. If you decide to return past the 14 day return period, we will still accept the item for up to 30 days from delivery date, however, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.

4. Regarding returns of filter faucets: for non-defect reasons, e.g. changed mind on color/style; the faucets should not have been installed/used in order to qualify for a return/refund.

Please ensure the product is returned sufficiently packaged to protect from shipping damage, else, damage during shipping may occur which would not qualify under shipping guidelines for an insurance claim and you may receive a refund less the damaged item/s as a result.  We recommend to use the existing packaging materials the system came with if they are in good condition. 

We make a strong effort to keep you informed of your shipment via email at various stages (an email is sent to you when package ships, when it's delivered, etc.) to ensure it gets to you.  However, if the package is returned back to us due to customer error (e.g. entering wrong address at checkout, not picking package up on time from local holding center, etc.), a return shipping fee (typically around $10) will be deducted from the refund or will be required to be paid along with new shipment charge to have the package re-shipped.

Step 2: Package the item/s well to prevent damaged during transit.

Step 3: Include a copy of your receipt, write "Return For Refund" on it and ship to:
